You are invited to reconnect, remember, and celebrate what has been and what is to be.
The time has come to close the current chapter of the Peterborough Dialogues. Our lease has ended and we are moving on. It is with some sadness that we say farewell to the amazing studio space we have enjoyed during the birth of the Peterborough Dialogues.
Before we go we would like to have one last hurrah.
You are invited to join us for a hosted reflection and remembering time to be followed by a farewell ceremony and a feast.
Axiom News Studios
294 Rink Street, Suite 201, Peterborough
Saturday, June 17, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
There is no charge to attend although contributions are always welcomed.
Come at 3:00 p.m. to reconnect with fellow dialoguers and celebrate and honour the gifts given and received in our first home. During our celebration we are setting up spaces for a shared art project, video speaker’s booth, guided music making, and written word expressions to honour the times we have shared together over the last two years in the marvellous space at the Old Colonial Weaving Building.
At 4:00 p.m. sharp, a brief ceremony will speak our gratitude for the gift the space has been to us, bless the space in goodwill to the incoming tenants, and launch the Peterborough Dialogues in the direction of its new home. To hold space for the ceremony we will be closing the doors at 4:00 p.m. for the duration of the ceremony. Come on time if you wish to participate.
Following the ceremony we will be sharing some exciting navigational notes to guide us into the next chapter.
We are inviting all comers to bring potluck items for a time of feasting together beginning at 5:00 p.m. The food ought to be Scrumptious, no pressure, but bring your best stuff.
